Healthy Habit- Oil Pulling

Healthy Habits Make for a Happy Existence

The second most common home remedy I share after the Magic Tea is Oil pulling. Oil pulling is one of those vold practices that predates written language. I am unsure of the exact origin. Oil pulling helps flush toxins out of your body.

Practice One: Oil Pulling Therapy

According to various doctors and ancient practitioners.

Oil Pulling Therapy aids:

  • Headaches

  • Bronchitis

  • Tooth pain

  • Thrombosis

  • Eczema

  • Ulcers

  • Stomach and Intestinal Diseases

  • Heart Disease

  • Blood Disease

  • Kidney Disease

  • Liver Disease

  • Lung Diseases

  • Women's Diseases

  • Nerve Disorders

  • Paralysis

  • Encephalitis

  • Retards the growth of and heal malignant tumors

  • Chronic sleeplessness

  • Heal bleeding gums, and whiten teeth

Be cautioned: Oil pulling is a straightforward process.

Preparation: Buy Coconut oil or Castor oil

Step One Insert Oil: At the start of your day, before breakfast and on an empty stomach, take one tablespoon of oil inside of your mouth. Do not swallow.

Step Two Swish: Move oil slowly around the inside of your mouth (rinsing or swishing and pulling through the teeth). Do so for five to twenty minutes. This process makes oil thoroughly mixed with saliva. Swishing activates the enzymes, which draw toxins out of the blood.

Do not swallow the oil in your mouth. The oil has become toxic.

As the process continues, the oil gets thinner and white. If the oil is still yellow, work it a little longer.

Step Three Spit: Spit from the mouth and clean your mouth out well. Some suggest using ordinary tap water and good old fingers to clean; I spit it in the toilet, then brush my teeth. Then, I wash my toothbrush off with boiling water. I drink a lot of tea, pouring hot water from the pot over my toothbrush.

Step Four: Clean the sink: You can use some antibacterial soap to clean the sink.

I use bleach and Clorox wipes because the spit contains harmful bacteria and toxic bodily waste.

Disclaimer: I am not a medical doctor and do not claim these remedies can heal any ailments. I am just sharing that it has helped me.
