1. WHO needs Harmony? Everyone! Yes, especially anyone with a goal or dream knows what you need to do but doesn’t know what is slowing them down or holding them back. Self-help books make up the most significant and fastest-growing market. People are realizing that they need help and that receiving help is okay. No man, woman, or in-between is truly an island. Just like it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a village to continually help us grow into healthy, well-rounded, harmonious people.

3. WHAT disturbs Harmony? Few things disturb Harmony, but three areas hurt our Harmony the most: procrastination, negative outlooks, limited thinking, and competing intentions.
Procrastination kills!
