4 Pillars of Wellness

We incorporate the Four Pillars—Mind, Body, Soul, and Play—into your coaching practice here at Got Harmony? Inc. We create a comprehensive and holistic approach to well-being. Each pillar is uniquely supported by my qualifications as an ICF Professional certified coach, NASM personal trainer, Reiki Master, and yoga teacher:

1. Mind

As an ICF Professional certified coach, I bring expertise in guiding individuals through mental and emotional exploration. The coaching sessions address mindset, goal-setting, and overcoming limiting beliefs to foster mental well-being.

2. Body

Leveraging my NASM personal trainer certification, I provide tailored fitness guidance to support physical health. Clients benefit from personalized workout plans, nutritional advice, and strategies for maintaining optimal physical well-being.

3. Soul

As a Reiki Master and yoga teacher with a Master’s in Divinity, I’m able to bring a spiritual dimension to the coaching process. Through energy healing, I assist clients in aligning their inner selves, fostering spiritual growth, and promoting a sense of inner harmony.

4. Play

Integrating play as a pillar emphasizes the importance of joy and recreation. My diverse background allows me to incorporate playful elements into sessions, making the coaching experience engaging and enjoyable.

Client-Centric Approach:

My unique combination of certifications enables me to take a client-centric approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul. By adding play as a pillar, I infuse a sense of joy and lightheartedness into the coaching journey, making it a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for your clients.

Holistic Transformation:

The Four Pillars serve as a foundation for holistic transformation, allowing clients to address various dimensions of their lives. Clients benefit not only from my specific expertise in each area but also from the synergistic effects of an integrated approach that fosters harmony and balance across mind, body, soul, and play.
